COMMISSIONER GARY MOLLOY ANNOUNCES WORKERS’ COMPENSATION WEBINAR
USVI – Commissioner Gary Molloy is announcing a Workers’ Compensation webinar to be held on December 4, 2024 at 10:00 am. The webinar will cover the implementation of Act 8859, which became law on August 9, 2024. Topics also include the new Workers’ Compensation Trust Fund and key deadlines for employer filings and payments.
