VIDOL Telephone Interruption on St. Croix; (340)773-1994
An issue affecting phone lines on St. Croix has been detected. Clients will encounter difficulty when calling.


STX-USVI, March 25, 2021- An issue affecting the phone lines has occurred on the island of St. Croix at the VI Department of Labor. These issues will be reported on as soon as updates become available. VIDOL will keep clients and the public informed on repairs and additional information. Please visit the St. Croix District Office directly to receive service or visit us online at www.vidol.gov. Services through-out the Territory have returned to scheduled office hours (8 AM-5 PM) Monday-Friday. Mondays and Fridays are appointments only.

The Department will continue the full in-person service of all clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
Claimants can also get general information about their claims from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The IVR system can be accessed by calling (340) 715-5744. The claimants will need their security number and PIN available to be able to access their claim information.
