USVI-March 25, 2020- The COVID-19 State of Emergency requires residents of St. John(STJ) to access newly placed drop boxes to prevent the need of traveling to the District of St. Thomas(STT). St. John residents can now submit the application using a repository placed in the VI Department of Human Services (DHS) located at the address below.
