STT District VIDOL Experiences Communication Interruption

Telephone lines encounter technical difficulty.

USVI–July 23, 2020– The Virgin Islands Department of Labor (VIDOL) has been experiencing technical difficulties due to an issue that has affected the district for the past two days. While repairs have been scheduled, there is a possibility this interruption may continue. The Department will notify the public when repairs have been made.

Until necessary reconnection happens, the public in need of applying for unemployment can contact the 24/7 Call Center at 1(877)374-0356. The Department appreciates the patience and understanding of the public.
