COMMISSIONER GARY MOLLOY ANNOUNCES WORKERS’ COMPENSATION WEBINAR

USVI – Commissioner Gary Molloy is announcing a Workers’ Compensation webinar to be held on December 17, 2024, at 10:00 am. The webinar will cover the implementation of Act 8859, which became law on August 9, 2024. Key topics include:

• Details on the newly  established Workers’ Compensation Trust Fund.
• Step-by-step guidance for completing required forms.
• Important deadlines for employer filings and payments
