VIDOL Announces Workers’ Compensation Coverage Information for Injured Workers in the Territory
Increases to Disability Income Benefits provided to inform the public.

Labor Commissioner, Gary Molloy, announces rate changes provided by the Worker’s Compensation Administration for the 2021 maximum benefit amount and increases made to benefits effective January 1st. VIDOL encourages the public to take note of the following:

• The maximum benefit amount for Disability Income Benefits has increased from $617.00 per week or $123.40 per day to $694.00 per week or $138.80 per day.
• These changes will affect all injuries that occurred on or about January 1, 2021.
